This dissertation has explored organisational communication in a college with the following main objective in mind: To evaluate the functionality of organisational communication. To realise this objective, relevant literature review was conducted. The literature review focused, among others, on different types of organisational structures in terms of how the different structures influence communication flow and power dynamics in an organisation.
